Alaska Overview The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Additionally, we are one of Alaska’s largest owners of state, federal and fee exploration leases, with approximately one million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2025. Alaska operations contributed 12 percent of our consolidated liquids production and one percent of our consolidated natural gas production.

In 2025, net crude oil production for Alaska averaged 199 MBOED.

ConocoPhillips Aviation - Alaska is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant position. This position serves as a flight attendant on company aircraft in support of the Alaska operations based in Anchorage, AK.

The position will assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft cabin during normal, abnormal and emergency situations. The Flight Attendant will provide safe, efficient, effective and professional passenger service.

This position is Safety Sensitive and covered by a DOT and corporate drug-testing program.

Participate in preflight briefings, inspections (preflight) and preparation for passengers

Ensure all safety equipment on aircraft is in working order

Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Policies or any other agencies specified by the Company

Prepare and serve beverages/snacks, including alcohol

Manage passengers and crew members during abnormal/emergency situations and/or medical emergencies during flight

Remain with the aircraft during the post-flight period; assist in normal securing of the aircraft

Attend ongoing training, which may be prescribed by the company or FAA and strive to maintain the highest possible degree of proficiency

Understand and ensure adherence to aircraft and ground security protocols

Invites dialogue to gain a shared understanding and influences with confidence to drive performance and achieve business results

1 or more years of professional flight attendant experience

Associates degree or higher in Hospitality, Communications, Business, Public Relations or related field or foreign equivalent

Willing to work all days of the week including evenings, holidays and weekends, in addition to unscheduled overtime, to meet specific flight schedules and delays per established work guidelines

Perform strenuous physical activity such as lifting, bending, carrying objects and climbing ladders/stairs daily

Ability to read, write and speak English to concisely complete all necessary paperwork and essential communications
