Maintenance Assistant
Are you a Maintenance Assistant seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking maintenance rockstars to join our team! As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
Prior maintenance experience required
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
