Direct and coordinate all maintenance activities for the baggage handling system, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades
Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
In conjunction of upper management, coordinate with airport operations, airlines, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and system outages
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and operational requirements
Analyze maintenance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
High school diploma

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in airport operations or complex mechanical systems
• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance teams and contractors
• Strong understanding of automated conveyor systems, PLCs, motors, and control systems
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Project management experience preferred

Strong technical aptitude with mechanical and electrical systems
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Proactive approach to system reliability and performance
Customer-focused mindset
May require working non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Airport security clearance will be required
Physical requirements include walking through airport facilities, standing for extended periods, and occasionally working in confined spaces
