Travel nurse - home health home care

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Active RN license in the state of practice – Required

Acute care facility experience – Preferred

EPIC experience – Required

Provide coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.

Assess patients and analyze clinical data to determine diagnoses and care needs.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.

Appropriately delegate responsibilities and coordinate healthcare team activities.

Use critical thinking and independent judgment in patient care.

Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. RN Med Surg
