Seeking Experience Pickers and Packers for a Cold Storage Facility

RealCold – National Cold Chain & Storage Solutions --- based on 100% accuracy to the customer. Shift 1 pickers for Sunday – Wednesday 6:30am till done

Shift 2 pickers for Monday – Friday 10am till done

Shift 3 pickers for Monday – Thursday 6:30am till done

Select and pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or voice‑directed systems.

Verify product accuracy (item, quantity, lot numbers, and condition) before packing.

Pack, palletize, and wrap orders according to company standards to ensure safe transport.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts (if certified).

Follow safety protocols including PPE use, equipment operation rules, and food‑safety guidelines.

Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment as needed.

Keep work areas clean and organized to support warehouse efficiency and safety.

The picker/packer (selector) plays a key role in RealCold’s distribution operations by accurately selecting, staging, and preparing customer orders in a refrigerated or frozen warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work safely in low‑temperature conditions while meeting daily performance standards.

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ormond Beach, FL.
