Registered Nurse/RN- PRN/Part Time/Full Time- Home Care

Join a compassionate team as a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) providing weekend pediatric homecare in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities Include

Delivering skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders.

Assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and updating care plans.

Recognizing and responding to changes in patient needs to ensure safety and quality care.

Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.

Maintaining compliance with regulations, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Current CPR certification and TB test within 12 months.

Preferred: six months of clinical nursing experience; reliable transportation.

Skills & Abilities

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, perform mobility tasks, and respond to emergencies.
