CPA/Senior Tax Preparer

Tax Senior Associate  HIGHLIGHTS
Hourly / Salary:Â US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY
As a Tax Senior Associate , you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex tax situations while working alongside a collaborative, sharp, and genuinely supportive tax team. Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses across a variety of industries and entity types
Partner closely with the tax team on planning strategies, special projects, and client-facing work
Analyze tax scenarios from multiple angles to identify opportunities and maximize tax benefits
Communicate tax strategies and solutions clearly both internally and directly with clients
Create accounting and tax-related reports in a fully paperless environment
Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them build confidence and skills
Participate in training sessions, professional development, and networking opportunities to stay sharp and connected

You’re detail-oriented, curious, and confident in your tax foundation but always looking to level up.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license (active or in progress preferred); 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong working knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations
• Someone who stays current as tax laws and regulations evolve
