As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.

Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.

Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience

Automotive Industry experience preferred

MS Office and computer literacy

Customer-focused service approach

Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
