Grind, sand, and deburr metal parts to create paint-ready surfaces.
Clean and wash parts prior to painting.
Rack, mask, and tape parts according to production requirements.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before painting.
Support the paint line team to keep production moving efficiently.
1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.

• Experience using grinders, sanders, or hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable wearing a respirator (clean-shaven required for fit testing).
• Pay: $20-$22 per hour
