Managing Attorney Real Estate

We are a California based litigation firm focused on workers' compensation defense. Our attorneys represent employers, carriers, and public entities across the state.

Our practice is built on disciplined file management, strategic case handling, and consistent client communication. We operate with a high level of accountability and expect our attorneys to move files forward with purpose. There is a structured monthly bonus program tied to performance along with a monthly tax-free stipend.

Benefits include employer covered medical, dental, and vision coverage. Attorneys may work hybrid and in-person in the Orange, CA location.

Draft and file Petitions, DORs, Answers, Motions, and Trial Briefs.

Develop litigation strategy and evaluate exposure.

Provide regular status reports and case analysis to clients.

Ensure compliance with California Labor Code and WCAB procedural deadlines.

Meet a monthly billable target of 250 hours.

Experience with insurance claims, subrogation, civil litigation, or liens is a plus, but not required.
