Entry Level Recruiter - Human Resources About Refloor
We are building the #1 flooring company across America and are looking for exceptional talent to join our team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find top talent to support our growing business.
The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to identify hiring needs and attract qualified candidates. You will be responsible for screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, you will support various HR initiatives and functions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify and fulfill hiring requirements
Evaluate candidate qualifications by screening resumes and conducting initial phone calls to ensure alignment with organizational needs
Facilitate clear and effective communication between candidates and hiring managers to create a positive recruitment experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Spanish-speaking candidate is preferred
