Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our emergency response team. In this role, you will provide advanced pre-hospital medical care, respond to emergency calls, and support patients during critical situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and respect.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls and assess patient conditions on scene.

Provide advanced life support, including patient assessment, airway management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and emergency interventions within scope of practice.

Stabilize patients and safely transport them to appropriate medical facilities.

Document patient care clearly and accurately in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare providers, and emergency personnel during patient care and handoff.

Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and ensure vehicle readiness.

Follow established protocols, safety procedures, and infection prevention practices.

Collaborate with team members to support efficient, high-quality emergency response services.

Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Current Paramedic certification or licensure in good standing, as required by the state or jurisdiction.

Current CPR certification and any additional required life support credentials.

Experience in emergency medical services, pre-hospital care, or a related clinical setting preferred.

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills under pressure.

Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.

Proficiency in using emergency medical equipment and documentation systems.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as needed.

Physical ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely in emergency environments.
