Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email

Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers

Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

Experience with pharmacist verification work

Ability to work flexible schedule, on-site in our Valley View, OH location

Exceptional standards of customer care

Excellent communication skills and customer service

Self-starter with little to no supervision needed

Passion to help people

Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. This role's schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
