Mechanical Technician

We provide on-demand, scheduled, and historical aerial data and analytics from sensors deployed to the stratosphere with persistent coverage, higher resolution, and increased value over traditional aerial and space imagery sources.

At World View we are growing our team and are looking for a Mechanical Technician. In this role you will work on a variety of steps in the production of stratolite systems including wiring harnesses, metal fabrication, component installation, and more. Production of solar arrays

Basic metal fabrication

Assembly and installation of components

Provide quality verification during production through final product

Provide technical support for payload integration or flight operation

Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields

Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment

Demonstrated self‑initiative in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
