Pharmacist - IMMEDIATE HIRE!

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist in the Minneapolis, MN area, with immediate start dates. This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM, including rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities include accurately dispensing prescription medications, monitoring patient compliance, and ensuring proper medication usage within legal guidelines. The role involves maintaining confidential patient records, advising patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions, as well as providing consultations on both prescription and over-the-counter medications. Additional duties include patient education on medical device usage, compounding medications, preparing sterile solutions, and supervising pharmacy staff such as technicians and clerks. Active Minnesota Pharmacist license (in-hand)
recent retail pharmacist graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to manage pharmacy inventory and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Rotating shifts between 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, and 11:00 AM-8:30 PM
Weekend rotation required (Saturday and Sunday)
