Healthcare/Hospital Liaison

We are currently searching for a Hospital Liaison to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!

We are looking to invest in a Hospital Liaison by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As a Hospital Liaison you are instrumental to marketing and ensuring a new residents have a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by generating and managing referrals from hospitals, developing relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel, and developing and carrying out marketing and sales activities. As a minimum, a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, one (1) year of experience in a marketing or similar role, ability to self-start and strong sales experience as well as interpersonal skills.
