Psychiatry Locum (Physician #)

Psychiatry - PhysicianAstrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Psychiatrist for a temporary assignment in Eugene, Oregon. These positions are 13-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.Location: Eugene, Oregon Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:30PM x 2 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension. Pay Rate: $222 - $239/hrResponsibilities for a Psychiatrist:• Provide inpatient psychiatric consultation-liaison (C&L) services in a hospital setting • Perform rounding and admissions for adult inpatient patients • See approximately 15-18 patients per day on average, with up to 20 patients on busy days • Work within a 32-bed inpatient unit providing supplemental support • Collaborate with other providers as part of a team-based care model • Maintain current BLS certification • Maintain valid Oregon state licensure • Demonstrate provision of inpatient or consultative services for at least 30 patients during the past 24 months, or completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research within the past 12 months • Provide case logs or quality profile documenting clinical activity for the last 24 months if not applying directly out of residency • Utilize Epic charting system for clinical documentation (preferred) • Comply with COVID-19 vaccine requirement with no exemptions • Complete 8 hours of non-billable orientation as required • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance documentation requirementsBenefits for a Psychiatrist:Weekly pay every FridayComprehensive Professional Malpractice Insurance24/7 Recruitment SupportFull-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel TeamReferral Bonus up to $5,000
