Senior Project Manager - Land Development*
*Full-Time*
We are seeking an experienced *Senior Project Manager* to lead land development projects throughout North Florida. This leadership role will oversee projects from due diligence and entitlement through design, permitting, and construction support while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, Florida permitting, project management, and client relationship management. Manage multiple land development projects from planning through construction
- Lead project schedules, budgets, scope, and quality control efforts
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
- Coordinate permitting and entitlement efforts with local agencies and municipalities
- Review engineering plans, reports, and technical documents
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
- Lead project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor project financial performance and profitability
- Manage contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project risk
- Mentor engineering staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of land development engineering experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and site development
- Experience with Florida permitting and regulatory requirements
- Proven success managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams
