Host
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Contract Host to join our team at our Midlothian location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
Provide information about the venue and services offered.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
