Front Desk Receptionist

Turning Point is currently accepting applications for a PRN Receptionist to work on weekends. Turning Point Receptionists are responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal and external customers while directing visitors, answering multiple phone lines, responding to routine questions, and routing calls to other personnel. Responsible for other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned. This position shift is 8:00am - 4:30pm. There is also some availability at times for work during the weekends to cover for routine absences or increased workload, but this position would primarily be scheduled for weekday work as needed. This position qualifies for shift differential pay from 3:00pm - 4:30pm.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Three (3) years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service is required; One (1) year experience in a patient care field.

Great organizational skills and knowledge of basic office equipment/computers is required
