Responsibilities include:
Directing incoming phone calls to proper people/departments
Greeting and receiving prospects and customers
Directing customers to the correct department, notifying the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introducing the customer to a salesperson
Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Assisting in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Stocking in new vehicles
Requirements include:
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Professional presentation
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
Maintain a professional appearance
