RN Hospital-ICU Nights

The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. They ensure high-quality patient outcomes through expert clinical skills and compassionate care.

Assess and monitor critically ill patients to identify changes in medical condition.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication scanning and assessments.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Float to other campuses ICU units as needed to manage census and maintain staffing levels.

Adhere to travel and compliance policies, including timely reporting when placed on call.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent and consecutive ICU experience in a hospital or acute care setting.

Travel experience required; Demonstrate proficiency with medication scanning and ICU clinical procedures.

Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
