Base rate: 28.98/hour (70% union rate)

After 90‑day probation: 32.20/hour (100% union rate)

Home every night with local routes

Monday – Saturday, early morning route start to finish

Deliver customers’ orders to meet scheduled delivery times and keep productivity.

Unload products with a hand truck and place items in the customer storage area.

Make frequent stops during a work shift.

Verify delivery of items with customers.

Collect money (cash or checks) where needed.

Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required.

Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required.

Meet all Department of Transportation requirements concerning driver qualifications (FMCSR 391.11)

Minimum of twelve months experience in a full‑time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous two years.

No conviction of any offense involving the operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol/drugs within the last five years

No conviction of a careless or reckless driving offense within the past five years

No conviction of a criminal offense involving a commercial vehicle etc.

One year of retail multi stop delivery experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
