Our rehabilitation programs for chronic pain and post-concussion sufferers set the standard in holistic approaches for managing chronic pain.We provide extensive training opportunities in the latest pain management techniques, Electronic Medical Record software and sophisticated medical office management processes.We are seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Rehabilitation Therapist (Physical Therapist) to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients in our Clinic. Our team consists of physical therapist, trainer, Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs and APPs. The patient population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.Opportunities to collaborate with the medical and psychology teams while co-treating patients.Deliver functional, goal-oriented rehabilitation within an interdisciplinary biopsychosocial framework.Integrate physical rehabilitation with education, pacing strategies, graded exposure, and nervous system informed care.Participate in group and individual treatment sessions, including functional training, work simulation, and movement-based interventions.A solid understanding of the workers' compensation system (training provided) is essential to effectively guide patients through the process and support them throughout their recovery journey.
