Life Insurance Sales Professional

The HealthGuys is a nationwide insurance brokerage seeking out individuals who are ambitious, sales-oriented, and self-starters who are looking for a career with endless possibilities. Established in 2012, The HealthGuys is a private insurance broker that is founded and owned by an experienced team that provides structure, achievement, and a nationwide marketplace for all its HealthGuys agents.
The perfect candidate is bilingual and someone who takes their role head-on with determination and responsibility while focusing on the task at hand and multitasking, problem-solving, and communicating. Other characteristics looked for in a HealthGuys agent include critical thinking, a personable attitude, and customer service.
An insurance agent will have the responsibility of contacting the leads and identifying sales opportunities during a consultation with potential clients. Agents will also have to communicate policies accurately, identify risk management strategies, and encourage previous clients towards policy renewal.
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Proactively reach out to leads, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
Communicate policy details clearly and accurately to ensure clients are well-informed.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Encourage policy renewals by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Familiarity with the insurance industry and a willingness to stay updated on trends and product offerings.
Self-motivated and proactive in reaching out to leads and identifying sales opportunities independently.
