Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys; a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers; We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery.RequirementsMinimum RequirementsAble to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.Excellent customer service and people skillsIn-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policiesStrong attention to detailHigh energy levelsAbility to work in a teamExcellent verbal communicationPhysical Requirements:Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
