Front Desk Receptionist Weekends (Part & Full Time)

Job Overview The Part-Time Front Desk Associate is responsible for the daily activity at the front desk.
Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm; Responsible for the daily overall functioning of the front desk to ensure that all members and guests are greeted with high-level customer service; Answer phones, offering high-level of customer service; Issue amenity access cards, boat stickers, and parking permits for members, their tenants, and guests
Assist with training current and new associates.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager on set-up and take-down of tables, chairs and decorations for social events or club activities.
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Strong customer service skills.
and be able to respond to customers that may be upset.
Strong internal/external customer relation skills required with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, members and other stakeholders.
Must be able to work various holidays and weekends.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years customer service experience.

Ability to lift, push and move equipment and furniture.
Must be able to communicate both on the phone and in person in order to resolve issues related to the business.
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
Must be mobile enough to move around the office and during outside events; Ability to work with inside and outside environmental elements (noise, weather, etc.).
Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. Tools & Equipment Used Office equipment; computers, printers, scanning, telephone, etc.
