Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the specific needs of patients and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living activities
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
Teach Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy methods to empower ongoing progress outside of the clinical setting
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery
Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported
Licenses and Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
Active NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
