Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Day Shift

As a Per Diem Day Shift RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside a highly trained team of nurses and specialists.

Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our residents and their families
