CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

CNC Machine Operator

We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team focused on precision machining and quality production. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC equipment including vertical mills, horizontal mills, and CNC lathes to produce high-quality machined parts in a fast-paced environment.

Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and CNC lathes

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently

Inspect parts throughout production using precision measuring instruments

Deburr and finish parts as needed to meet quality standards

Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime

Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience with CNC mills, lathes, drill press, grinding, or deburring equipment

Knowledge of machining processes and quality inspection procedures

Familiarity with production troubleshooting and machine adjustments

Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus

Work with advanced machining equipment in a modern shop environment

Stable, team‑oriented workplace focused on quality and precision

This position is based in a clean and structured machine shop environment. Employees work closely with CNC machining equipment and precision measuring tools while following quality and safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, WA.
