Bilingual HR Recruiting Generalist

Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources that include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, and safety.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions.
Conduct new hire orientation, including paperwork, safety/system access setup.
Drive engagement initiatives: recognition programs, town halls, surveys, social events, etc.
Distribute HR communications: event updates, newsletters, intranet postings, etc.
Maintain HRIS and employee records.
Serve as contact for employee relations: coaching, investigations, grievances, discipline.
Partner with the HR Director as needed for special assignments, requests, etc...
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or HR demonstrated HR experience in lieu of a degree
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
