RN-Graduate Nurse (Full-Time)

Full Time-Days: 7a-7:30p, 3 days/week rotating days. Call is required, rotational weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Full time roles are eligible for a sign on bonus of $30,000.

This position requires at least 1 year of OR experience

Responsible for delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 9‑bed operating room that includes 3 robotic surgery suites. Provides direct patient care using a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures across a variety of specialties.

Key responsibilities

Preparing patients for surgery, including assessment, documentation, and coordination of care

Circulating during procedures, maintaining sterile field and patient safety

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team members

Managing robotic‑assisted surgeries and advanced surgical equipment

Monitoring patient status throughout procedures and ensuring smooth transitions of care

Qualifications

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
