Hilltop’s Assisted Living Communities (ALCs), including Service 1, how we treat
each other, and Service 2, how we treat our residents. Providing protective oversight of residents, to include assisting residents,
or confused residents, applying and following house rules and honoring resident
rights, appropriately reporting and assisting residents experiencing
difficulties, and identifying and monitoring visitors to the facility.

Providing social supervision, including helping with transport and ambulation
Providing for the sanitation and safety of residents, including monitoring
hazards, maintaining safety supplies, redirecting residents away from unsafe
transport bus or van.

Doing laundry, including resident’s personal laundry, (linens, towels,
Assisting residents with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, taking them
Promoting and participating in positive customer relations by learning and
using resident names; acknowledging residents and visitors; answering the phone
having knowledge of the facility, where to direct people, and how to
Answering radio, pager, and the resident request system.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus six months of work

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

• CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (preferred)
• De-Escalation Training (preferred)

Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check (CAPS)

• Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) Check
• Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG)

• Any other required vaccination

The starting wage range for this role is $17.00 to $17.85 per hour.
