Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

3+ years of documented capital equipment project management experience
Experience managing medium to large capital projects end-to-end
Proficiency with MS Project and formal project methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Experience with contract preparation and review
Strong financial skills: capital budgeting, ROI analysis, financial modeling
Ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, procurement)
AutoCAD or drafting software experience

Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing concepts

Global project or stakeholder coordination experience

Manage capital investment projects aligned to business strategy

Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget

Own and prioritize a portfolio of capital projects

Coordinate with local and global stakeholders and teams

Prepare contracts and secure legal, EHS, and leadership approvals

Allocate and manage project resources and budgets

Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple functions

Ensure smooth handoff of completed projects to Quality, Maintenance, and Operations

Track and report project status to steering committees

Drive continuous process improvements aligned with operations strategy

Partner with technical and applications teams for project support

Support development of training materials, events, and marketing coordination

This individual will lead capital investment and process improvement initiatives that directly support operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Project Manager will own a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects, partnering closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful execution from planning through handover. This role is ideal for a technically strong project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving measurable business impact through well-executed capital projects.
