Banker Full time position

The Universal Banker is responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, cross-selling bank products and services, and providing quality customer service to further customer relations.

Performs daily teller tasks consisting of accepting deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other monetary transactions.
Opens and processes new accounts, including personal and commercial checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and HSAs.
Discovers the financial needs of each customer and offers appropriate bank products and services.
Cross-sells the bank’s services and products.
Researches and answers customer inquiries; Researches and verifies account information and resolves problems for customers as necessary.
May accept customer paperwork for loan products with proper NMLS licensing.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in banking preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Office environment.
Full-time position with standard business hours.
