We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.Weekend availability between 8:00am-5:00pmKenmore: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pmIssaquah: Tues-Thursday: 10:00am-7:30pmCurrent hiring areas: Des Moines, Auburn, Mercer IslandPlus:Comfortable with working fill-in shiftsComfortable working 2-hour shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a dayMemory care experienceComfortable working with all levels of careComfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicleComfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have petsService areas: Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible scheduling. 24/7 Caregiver Support. You will never work without having someone available to answer the phone should you need something. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver job duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional information:Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable.
