Direct hire full-time position
Position Title : Task Manager/Contract Manager
Provides management and oversight to ensure the task is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the contract and PWS.
Maintains effective communication with the COR regarding requirement status changes, service improvements, major achievements, major project schedule changes, and security events.
Serves as the Contractor’s authorized representative for daily contract operations.
Supports personnel management, deliverable tracking, issue escalation, and contract administration activities.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, team leadership, or contract administration.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 3 years of Team Lead or Management experience; Associate’s Degree in any discipline with 5 years of Team Lead or Management experience.
Ability to manage staff, track deliverables, and communicate effectively with the COR.
Ability to provide management oversight for task performance, schedule compliance, deliverable accuracy, and operational coordination.
Ability to promptly communicate requirement changes, service improvements, major achievements, major project schedule changes, or security events to the COR.
Ability to coordinate continuity of operations during emergency situations, including communication with Government and Contractor points of contact, temporary work locations, and continuation of priority work products.

Full-Time Salary Range: TBD

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
