PRN - Direct Care Support Professional

Join Crest Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and traumatic brain injuries.

People First: Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members

Schedule: This is a PRN position.

8, 16, 24‑hour shifts available

Supportive Team: We value our DSPs as much as our residents

Additional Perks: Paid training and double‑time pay for all hours worked on company‑recognized holidays

Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.

Monitor and report changes in behavior or health

Help with transportation to appointments or activities

Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care

Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)

Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
