Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Sales Recruiting)

Contract Duration: 5 months (2026-08-17 to 2027-01-29) WITH potential for extension of conversion to FTE

Chicago, IL 60654 (3 days/ week onsite and 2 days/work from home)

In partnership with Talent Delivery, you will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified pipeline. You will conduct deep assessments with candidates from all sources, driving exceptional candidate experiences and delivering the best quality talent.

You will cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities while enriching our talent pools in our CRM to ensure we are able to nurture talent effectively and match top talent to our roles.

You will submit fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruiting counterparts who will match, coach, advocate and convert talent.

Relevant recruiting, sourcing or recruiting support experience

Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills

A typical day for this contractor look like - Passive sourcing, phone screens to qualify candidates, attending meetings to stay aligned with partners and team members
