Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida. In this contract position, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring extended acute care treatment, managing complex medical conditions and supporting patient recovery in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Perform clinical procedures and wound care as appropriate.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Monitor vital signs and patient progress, documenting findings in medical records.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.

Respond to patient needs and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Working Conditions: This position is based in a healthcare facility setting and involves direct patient care. Day and night shifts are available, with specific scheduling details discussed during the hiring process. Compensation $51.00$54.00 per hour, depending on shift. This is a contract position with an anticipated start date of November 8, 2026.
