As a loan officer (Financial Consultant I), you'll help members with loans, accounts, and financial solutions that truly make a difference in their lives. As a Financial Consultant I, you'll be the expert our members rely on!

Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.

Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.

Account Services: Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.

Product Recommendations: Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.

Financial Guidance: Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.

Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.

Compliance & Security: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.

A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially.

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!)

Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
