ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for critically ill adult patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU.Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans to ensure optimal recovery.Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver cohesive patient care.Assist with patient care in the Med-Surg unit when ICU census is low.Maintain compliance with necessary certifications and hospital policies.RequirementsMinimum of one year of ICU experience required.Ability to handle a flexible workload, including working weekends (6 weekend shifts per schedule period).Comfortable working in a rural critical access hospital environment.Competent in caring for critically ill adult patients.Working ConditionsPosition may float between ICU and Med-Surg units.General nursing ratios in ICU are 1:2-3, depending on acuity.If you are passionate about critical care nursing and meet the qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives.
