Without QMAP $17.00 per hour. *The Homestead will get you this certification if you meet the CNA or PCA requirements. C.N.A. with QMAP $19.80 - $24.08 per hour based on work experience.

PCA with QMAP - $18.73 - $23.01 per hour based on work experience.

Earn a $1.00 per hour night shift differential.

Experience in a Home Health Agency or health care facility strongly preferred.

CNA or PCA preferred

The primary role of the PCA/CNA with QMAP is to provide your assigned clients with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by your supervisors. The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the client as they are noted.

Assists clients with personal care activities.

Perform household services essential to health care at home.

A Home Health Aid may perform delegated medical or nursing and assigned therapy procedures as necessary.
