Remote Advanced Practice Provider, Part Time

Part-Time Advanced Practice ProviderAdjuvant is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our group practice. 100% of roles are remote.Role Description: The Advanced Practice Provider role is an essential role for Adjuvant Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for providing prescriptive clinical services, in coordination with Adjuvant's clinical guidance. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Adjuvant Behavioral Health, the Prescriber responsibilities include –Prescribe medication to patients that assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for their psychiatric well-beingPrepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports to satisfy both Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health Operations ManualEvaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client informationCollaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plansRefer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources or to specialists as necessaryModify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' statusComplete administrative documentation for every client.
