Seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care that supports meaningful progress and a higher quality of life. New graduates are welcome to apply.

In-house rehabilitation program

Flexible PRN scheduling

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

Monitor and document resident progress, including strength, mobility, and motor performance

Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team

Educate residents, families, and caregivers

Follow all professional, legal, and regulatory standards

Active Physical Therapist Assistant state license in good standing

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
