Full time Rheumatology Physician

Seeking a Rheumatologist to join our staff in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities Include:

ï Conduct detailed assessments of patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions, including

arthritis, lupus, and vasculitis.

ï Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, clinical

findings, and diagnostic results.

ï Perform joint injections, aspiration procedures, and other rheumatologic interventions.

ï Interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies related to rheumatic diseases.

ï Manage chronic conditions, including disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and

biologics therapy.

ï Provide patients with education on disease management, medication use, and lifestyle

modifications.

Collaboration and Communication:

ï Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, orthopedic

surgeons, and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care.

ï Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options,

and expected outcomes.

ï Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care.

Clinical Research and Education:

ï Engage in clinical research and contribute to advancements in rheumatology.

ï Stay current with the latest research, treatments, and advancements in the field.

ï Mentor and provide guidance to medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
