Psychologist - (Full-Time Flex)

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
Deliver individual, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists.
Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the EHR system.
Refer patients internally for psychiatric consultation, medication management, or other clinical services as needed.
Adhere to standards of care and ethical guidelines established by the profession and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
Experience in psychotherapy required; experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment models. Ability to conceptualize treatment modalities and determine appropriate placement within the continuum of care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.
Ability to utilize the EHR and other technology platforms for care delivery
