General Production Worker
Join a growing manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products. This hands-on position involves operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications in a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate production equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into smaller customer-specific rolls
Safely operate a shaft hoist to move, position, and load materials
Perform core loading duties, including accurate taping, tagging, and preparation of materials
Handle and transport plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds
Package, label, and palletize finished products according to quality and customer requirements
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Pay: $21.00$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 36/48-hour work weeks
Every Other Weekend Off
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
