MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

The System Engineer shall serve as the technical lead for the planning, deploying, and documenting the Delinea Tools Suite across the organization's Linux environments. The System Engineer shall design deployment strategies, ensure alignment with the mission's architecture, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support sustainment, audits, and future expansion.

The System Engineer must have:

• Education: Bachelor of Science
• Security clearance required: Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Suite of Tools
• Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python to automate manual processes
• Experience performing basic System Administration including installation, configuration, and support of COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a large-scale Linux environment
• Strong Linux systems engineering background (e.g., Hands-on experience planning or deploying at least one Delinea product (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, DevOps Secrets Vault, or related tools)
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate documentation for architecture, configuration, and operational processes
• Familiar with identity and access management concepts, PAM solutions, least-privilege principles, and secure configuration guidelines
• Familiar with integrating Linux systems with authentication and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, FreeIPA)
• Strong problem-solving skills related to enterprise systems, authentication pipelines, and service-level troubleshooting
• Experience in cybersecurity engineering roles or working within compliance-driven environments (STIGs, NIST, ISO, etc.)
