Shift Preferences: 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM, Double Weekends
We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team! A professional and cooperative demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and provide exceptional care to residents.
Your Impact as a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN
Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks
